With over 35 years of experience in both couture and luxury uniforms, NO Uniform, under the creative direction of Founder Nicholas Oakwell, delivers fully bespoke uniform wardrobes specifically designed to complement each individual brand’s identity. From luxury hoteliers to Michelin star restaurants our wardrobes are crafted with both brand experience and the functionality requirements of our clients in mind.

We collaborated closely with our range of clients from around the world. By tapping into each unique and authentic brand experience, we design with purpose and longevity in mind. Utilising our refined signature tailoring, experienced team, and luxury manufacturer relationships we have delivered over 75 timeless wardrobes globally that distinctly reflect each brand that they represent.

As market leaders, NO Uniform’s commitment extends beyond aesthetics. We take pride on our sustainable, circular practices such as recycling old garments into new garments or breaking them down into products like mattresses. We also continue to champion eco-friendly materials such as olive pip leather, natural fibres and recycled yarns while supporting both onshore and offshore luxury artisans.

Managing the production team at NO Uniform, specialising in overseeing high-profile projects with tight deadlines and lead times from concept to completion.

The backbone of our financial operations. With over 20 years of experience in finance, Sharwa ensures that our financial practices and operations are not only sustainable, but align with our business goals and aspirations.

From initial research and design to delivery and installation, NO Uniform guides clients through a collaborative design process. This journey begins with scoping and concludes with a formal installation and presentation by our Founder and Creative Director, Nicholas Oakwell.
